Three residents were rescued from a burning building by South King Fire and Rescue on Tuesday.

The fire broke out around 9:15 p.m. at the Crosspointe Apartments (35810 16th Ave. S.). It was contained to a single unit on the third floor.

There were no major injuries, and the rescued residents were evaluated on-site by medics.
