Federal Way mayor, Council show blue Seahawks pride

Mayor Jim Ferrell, City Council members, city staff and members of the U.S. Army Recruiting Office took a moment to cheer the Seahawks on to victory against Carolina beneath the city’s 12th Man flag on Friday.
