Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell and other elected leaders joined Kohl’s officials for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at The Commons on Friday morning.

In celebration of the new store, The Commons is hosting two days of exclusive events and free gifts.

Kohl’s will host activities all day on Saturday, including a social media lounge, Kids Club on-stage entertainment, before and after professional stylist makeovers, Miss Washington USA autography signing, “Taste of the Commons” cooking demonstration and food sampling and more.
