On Nov. 2, two brothers pleaded not guilty in the shooting death of a Federal Way man.

Alfonso V. Senior, 29, and his brother, Antoine L. Senior, 22, are being held on $1 million and $500,000 bail, respectively, in connection with the death of Darrell Deon Webster, 24.

Webster was shot in the head shortly before 2 a.m. Oct. 16 in the Chevron parking lot, located in the 2100 block of SW 356th Street. Webster was pronounced dead a few hours later at Harborview Medical Center. Click here to read the police report and charging documents.

The brothers were arraigned Nov. 2 at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent. King County prosecutors are charging Alfonso Senior with second-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm. His case setting hearing is 1 p.m. Nov. 16. Prosecutors are charging Antoine Senior with first-degree rendering criminal assistance and unlawful possession of a firearm. His case setting hearing is 1 p.m. Nov. 30.

The brothers were arrested Oct. 16 at Cascade Ridge apartments in the 1900 block of Southwest Campus Drive in Federal Way. According to charging documents, Alfonso Senior recently arrived in Washington state after serving several years in a New Jersey prison for previous felony convictions. The weapon involved in the death has not been recovered, according to charging papers.
