Armed man robs fifth 7-Eleven in Federal Way

A prolific robber, thought to be responsible for robbing seven other 7-Eleven convenience stores in South Puget Sound, has robbed again.

A prolific robber, thought to be responsible for robbing seven other 7-Eleven convenience stores in South Puget Sound, has robbed again.

At 4:31 a.m. on Dec. 14, the armed man robbed a 7-Eleven store, located at 104 SW 312th St. in Federal Way. This marks the second time this store was robbed by him and the fifth 7-Eleven robbery in Federal Way.

The man was caught on camera and can be observed entering the store with a handgun, demanding cash from the cash register and fleeing after the sales associate complies. The suspect fled the store with approximately $100.

The suspect has a consistent modus operandi in each of the cases.The suspect displays a gun and demands cash from the register, then flees the location on foot. K9 tracks have been unsuccessful, leading investors to believe the suspect leaves the area in an unknown vehicle.

He appears to be an adult Samoan or black male, approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall, usually wearing a hooded Hollister jacket (gray) Hollister emblem in white, California logo in red on the left breast, red or black gloves and a multi-colored scarf or bandana to cover his face.

  • 11:39 p.m. on Nov. 29 at the 7-Eleven at 28719 Military Road S. in Federal Way
  • 10:51 p.m. on Nov. 29 at the 7-Eleven at 2904 Kent-Des Moines Road in Des Moines
  • 4:18 a.m. on Nov. 28 at the 7-Eleven at 801 S. 56 St. in Tacoma
  • 2:59 a.m. on Nov. 28 at the 7-Eleven at 19825 Mountain Highway in Spanaway
  • 5:32 p.m. on Nov. 26 at the 7-Eleven at 4627 SW 320th St. in Federal Way
