Federal Way resident William Kasmiro won $470,000 with a Washington Lottery ticket last week. Kasmiro bought his $470,000 Hit 5 ticket at the Burien 76 on First Avenue South. With the winnings, he plans on helping his mother build a house. Kasmiro is originally from Sudan and his mother is currently living there. He is also thinking about going back to school for international logistics.
