In this video, disc golf enthusiast and Mirror production artist Brandon Carr offered a few pointers for people new to the sport.

Recently at Game Farm Wilderness Park in Auburn (click here for directions), Carr demonstrated basic gear and rules for disc golf. The sport is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Discs are available at most sporting goods stores for about $10 each.
