Please explain how the lane changes on 336th Street SW are going to improve traffic flow and access to the businesses through the Twin Lakes corridor.

Please explain how the lane changes on 336th Street SW are going to improve traffic flow and access to the businesses through the Twin Lakes corridor.

It doesn’t make sense that going from four lanes with a left-turn lane to four lanes with double yellow lines and no left turns is going to improve anything. Traffic across 336th during rush hour and weekends can be a backed up mess. How can these changes possibly make it any better?
