I am extremely worried about public safety in Federal Way, especially after three shootings just this past week. Now is not the time for inexperience on our City Council. We need trusted, proven leaders who have the background to improve the livability of our city.

I have personally known Linda Kochmar for over 15 years. Linda was an effective member of the council for 14 years. As a former city and state leader, Linda cares about the quality of life here. She is fiscally responsible, supports our police and knows land-use zoning. She has ideas for homelessness and drug addiction with compassion and treatment.

Her opponent does not have the city policy experience needed. We need Linda Kochmar.
