Instead of spending $50 million on an arts center we can’t afford, how about finishing SW 356th Street between 1st Avenue South and Pacific Highway?

I know the bridge over the wetlands was going to cost $2 million a few years ago. Wonder what the delay will be costing us now? The main south end commute road has been left a bottleneck for much too long.
