I can see all the city government offices putting the day shelter plan on the fast track for approval. So what if the businesses in the area of the proposed site object. This is for the homeless!

I can see it now. Blue tents in the surrounding area of the shelter. So what if one cannot stay overnight at the shelter. They have tents and they can sleep overnight and in the morning walk to the shelter and have breakfast, a hot shower, and play games on the computers. Lunch and dinner is coming up so they can hang around until evening. Back to the blue tarp tents until the next day.

But this is for the homeless and it feels good to enable them. City Council, do your stuff!
