Federal Way's Darian Moran slides in to home during the Eagles' 12-6 win over Kamiak in the opening round of the Class 4A State Baseball Tournament Saturday at Kent Memorial Park. Federal Way went on to beat Redmond in the quarterfinals later in the day to qualify for the state's Final Four. The Eagles will play Kentwood at 4 p.m. Friday at Safeco Field in Seattle.

Federal Way junior Nevin Hair heads the ball over Beamer sophomore Ian Lange during the Eagles' 5-1 win over the Titans Saturday at Federal Way Memorial Stadium in the quarterfinals of the Class 4A State Boys Soccer Tournament. The Eagles will play Lake Stevens at 8 p.m. at Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood on Friday in the state semifinals.
