U.S. Postal Service hiring for holidays

The facilities hiring are: Seattle Christmas Facility (near Sea-Tac Airport), Priority Mail Annex in Kent, the Network Distribution Center in Federal Way, and major processing facilities in Seattle, Everett, Tacoma and Olympia.

The United States Postal Service announced a holiday season hiring bump, with the hires coming for an anticipated increase in mail delivery during the holiday season. Mail handler and postal support clerk positions will be available at a number of facilities in Western Washington. The facilities hiring are: Seattle Christmas Facility (near Sea-Tac Airport), Priority Mail Annex in Kent, the Network Distribution Center in Federal Way, and major processing facilities in Seattle, Everett, Tacoma and Olympia.

Hours will vary, with pay varying from $11 an hour to $14.60 an hour. There will be no benefits associated with these temporary positions.
