The South Sound Young Professionals will hold their next meeting 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at Puerto Vallarta’s Twin Lakes location, 2325 SW 336th St. Topic is philanthropy, and the event is free for first-time attendees. The group is for young professionals ages 21-40 who have an interest in connecting with other young leaders and becoming stakeholders in the community. The group, affiliated with the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, meets the third Thursday of every month. More young professionals are welcome to join and shape the group’s mission.
