The Federal Way Mirror is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 Best of Federal Way awards. This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Mirror’s community-driven awards program, which celebrates the local businesses, organizations, and individuals that define the unique character of Federal Way.
Residents are encouraged to nominate their favorites across dozens of categories, ranging from top-rated professional services to the city’s best coffee shops.
The 2026 award process
• The nominating round is open through Feb. 6, 2026. Participants may submit one nomination per category, per day, via the online portal.
• The top nominees in each category will advance to the final voting round, which runs from Feb. 20 through March 13, 2026.
• Winners will be revealed in a special commemorative edition of the Federal Way Mirror on April 3, 2026, followed by a live-event awards ceremony.
