Person injured in shooting at The Shores Apartment Homes

A person was injured in a shooting at The Shores Apartment Homes in Federal Way.

At about 7:05 p.m. March 6 in the 31800 block of Third Place Southwest, officers responded to a shooting and found an alleged victim with a gunshot wound, according to Federal Way Police Department (FWPD) Cmdr. Kyle Buchanan. Buchanan stated that the alleged victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center and is expected to survive.

Buchanan stated that the suspect remains outstanding, and detectives are investigating the incident.
