Fright fans in the Pacific Northwest don’t need to wait for the release of the new “Halloween” movie to start having nightmares; Wild Waves Theme & Water Park will provide tons of fear and mayhem as Fright Fest 2018 is now open.

The largest Halloween celebration in Seattle boasts three ultra-scary haunted attractions plus the return of Freak Show Deluxe Side Show and a nightly Parade of Ghouls. Brave thrill seekers can navigate more than 25 rides in the dark while little goblins enjoy the family-friendly Booville for kids.

The annual event runs from Sept. 28 through Oct. 28 at Wild Waves, 36201 Enchanted Pkwy S., Federal Way.

The event runs from 6-11 p.m. on Fridays, 5-11 p.m. Saturdays and 5-10 p.m. Sundays.
