Here to help is Federal Way’s newly opened Wolf Chiropractic Center and Ideal Body Image NW (622 S. 320th St., Suite B). The grand opening will be held Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and will feature prizes and discounts.
In Wolf Chiropractic’s double suite at Capitol Square, Dr. Jeanine Wolf provides state-of-the-art spinal care and rehabilitation with her staff and a battery of machines. One of the latter is the Huber Spine Force, a multi-functional workout machine that targets all 180 deep spinal muscles to relieve chronic pain and prevent new back injuries.
Ideal Body Image NW, also owned by Wolf, is in the suite adjacent to Wolf Chiropractic and shares the reception area.
“I want to help patients on the inside and out,” Wolf said, noting that she herself lost 60 pounds through Ideal Weight Loss. “I believe in this program!”
Ideal Weight Loss consists of weekly one-on-one coaching and evaluation, healthful cooking classes, and replacement meals from Ideal Protein (available to buy on-site). Dieters are not alone when they complete their weight loss: Suzette, known as the “Maintenance Mama Coach,” stays in touch with clients for support.
Ideal Body Image NW also hosts a full array of spa services. Included are facials (teen, age-defying, clarifying), massage, manicures, and pedicures (featuring the Red Dragon steamer to soften feet). Sugaring, an ancient process of hair removal, is a popular choice among women and men alike. Body contouring through LED stimulation light and vibration is available, as are cellulite treatments, anti-aging therapies, and herbal detox.
