Those of us on the Safe City email list have seen a rather impressive process culminate in an arrest. The process works.

The Federal Way Police Department is contacted about suspicious activity. They then notify us of anything we need to be looking for — including persons of interest and vehicle license plate numbers.

Well, it paid off today after the Twin Lakes Homeowners Association security guy helped connect the dots with the security camera at Twin Lakes Grocery and the police officer who had knowledge of the suspect.
