Wow. The plot of this fiasco is pure Kafka. A morass of c.y.a., sucking up, and nanny nanny boo boo…to what end? We’re all glad to see our tax dollars used so well, aren’t we? I feel for Judge David Larson, and the city, but the game is despicable.
