Roger Freeman gets my vote | Letter

Roger Freeman has my vote for state Legislature. Before being elected to the Federal Way City Council, Roger worked hard in our South King County community as a public defender, protecting children who needed help and keeping families together.

As a City Council member in Algona, I knew Roger through the regional commissions we partnered at. I know his professional experience brings a much needed perspective to Olympia when so much of the Legislature’s work impacts the future of our children and the health of their families.

Roger and his wife have two children in Federal Way’s public schools. It’s great knowing that our state Representative has a stake in the local education system. He is truly an advocate for the children and working families of our district.
