Paraeducator — is that anything like a sanitation engineer?

If the teachers and administrators are so concerned about the need for the paraeducators in the classroom, they would take the 10 percent paycut I did during the height of the recession and not just a 1.9 percent cut. And they would pay more for their insurance like my co-workers and I had to do. I am sure if they did this, there would be plenty of money for the paraeducators.
