The Multi-Service Center’s William J. Wood Veterans House (WJW) opened in December 2016 and offers permanent supportive housing for homeless or imminently homeless veterans and their families. All 44 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are eligible for rental subsidies through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program in collaboration with King County Housing Authority. On-site services are provided by MSC and partner organizations and include case management, employment assistance, mental health counseling, and other services.
