Ivory elephant, wine-tasting event benefits homeless children

The Insurance Professionals of South King County will host an ivory elephant event and wine tasting from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at Abbe Winery, 530 S. 373rd St., Federal Way.

Tickets are $25 per person before Jan. 26, or $30 at the door and includes five wines and appetizers.

Bring new or gently used wrapped items for the auction.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Birthday Dreams, a non-profit organization that gives birthday parties to homeless children.
