Marigold is a 4-year-old female cat, domestic short hair, orange and white (ID #A526814). Marigold is a gentle and loving girl who likes to take things slow. She may be a little nervous in new situations and would love a family who understands that she may need some time to warm up. Once she gets to know you, Marigold will be a very devoted friend. She is an affectionate love bug who would enjoy cuddling up with you at home. Because of her shy nature, Marigold would do best in a calm, quiet home. She is litter-box trained, spayed, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Her $30 adoption fee also includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion. You can find out more about Marigold on RASKC’s website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet. Click on “cat” and type in her name. You can meet other animals available for adoption in person, seven days a week, at RASKC’s King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent, 21615 64th Ave. S.; Monday: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday to Friday: noon to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: noon to 5 p.m. Call 206-296-PETS, or email pets@kingcounty.gov.
