Federal Way student earns doctorate from URI

Elizabeth Modell, a Federal Way resident, received her doctoral degree in Physical Therapy during the University of Rhode Island’s 130th Commencement this spring, where 3,300 undergraduate and 700 graduate degrees were awarded.
