Thousands turned out for the city of Federal Way’s annual tree lighting on Dec. 4 at Wild Waves Theme Park.
Festivities included caroling from the Silver Lake and Brigadoon Elementary choirs, the Thomas Jefferson High School drum line and a visit from Santa.
