Federal Way community raises funds with Tip-a-cop

The Federal Way Police Department teamed up with Red Robin to raise funds for the Special Olympics on Oct. 24. During the day, law enforcement personnel, including Police Chief Andy Hwang, acted as celebrity waiters and collected tips to benefit the organization.
