The suspects broke a locked door into a children’s playroom and eventually stole two pairs of women’s shoes from the home.

Strange encounter at Walmart: At 7:10 p.m. on Aug. 31 in the 34000 block of 16th Ave. S., a woman reported that an unknown subject came up to her 9-year-old son and touched the boy on his face and neck before walking away. Police were unable to locate the subject.

Man reports being drugged, sexually assaulted: At 9:51 p.m. on Aug. 31 in the 33000 block of 17th Pl. S., a man reported that he was drugged at an apartment in Federal Way and then transported to an undisclosed location in SeaTac, where he was sexually assaulted.

The victim indicated that he had met a man online and agreed to meet with him at an apartment complex in Federal Way. Once there, the suspect offered the victim a drink. The victim indicated that he agreed and that the suspect gave him a cup with soda in it. According to the victim, about 30 minutes later, “things went foggy.”

The victim said that the suspect then told him they were going somewhere, and drove the victim’s car to a residence in SeaTac. Once at that residence, the victim said the suspect “used a needle filled with an unknown type of liquid and injected it into [the victim’s] arm.”

This caused the victim to lose consciousness, and that during that time he was “sodomized multiple times against his will.” The victim indicated that eventually the drugs wore off enough “so that he could stand and flee out of the house.” Once outside, the victim realized the suspect had likely stolen his car because the car was gone.

The report notes that the victim, when talking with Federal Way police, indicated “he wanted to think over his options (of pursuing any further action in either Federal Way or SeaTac) and mostly wanted to put the incident behind him.”
