Federal Way Council reschedules meeting to Aug. 12

The Federal Way City Council has rescheduled its Aug. 5 meeting to 7 p.m. Aug. 12.

The rescheduled meeting allows the Council and Mayor Jim Ferrell to participate in National Night Out activities and visit participating neighborhoods that evening.

The Aug. 12 meeting will be the only full Council meeting for the month of August. The last meeting of the month — Aug. 19 — has been canceled.

The Council usually meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month, with meetings beginning at 7 p.m.
