Federal Way Chamber of Commerce and city officials welcomed new business ZadPad with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration on Tuesday.

ZadPad officials believe that homebuyers should be treated more like investors, keeping them informed of the “behind-the-scenes” action of today’s housing market. The business has a network of agents from all different brokerages that the company partners with to help ZadPad better customize individual needs.
