Then and Now: Check out resident’s 109-year-old house

In a contest called “Then and Now,” Gayle Bean won in the “most different” category in the Federal Way Mirror’s online voting.

Bean won for her submission of her house and how it has changed since it was first built in 1904. Pictured above is Bean receiving $150 cash courtesy of Woodstone Credit Union and The Mirror. Pictured below is Bean’s house, then and now.
