Daylight savings reminder: Set your clocks back one hour

Daylight savings ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4.

Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night. On March 10, 2013, daylight savings calls for clocks to be moved forward by one hour. The phrase “spring forward, fall back” is a helpful reminder.

Benjamin Franklin was apparently the first to suggest the concept of daylight savings, and there is a debate as to whether the practice decreases or increases energy consumption. To learn more about daylight savings, click here.
