No hassle at LA Fitness | Letters

Can’t help but respond to the letter from Ken Harris in the Dec. 21 Federal Way Mirror about his experience transferring his memberships from Bally to LA Fitness.

We had a totally different experience and had our memberships transferred within 5 minutes with no hassle. We were totally impressed with their customer service and their friendliness in greeting us every time we have come in since that time.
