Ballots and voters pamphlets for the Nov. 8 general election were mailed last month. A ballot drop-off box is located near City Hall at 33325 8th Ave. S. in Federal Way.

A steady stream of cars pulled up to the drop-off box Tuesday morning. Expect more congestion this evening.By law, ballots returned at drop-off boxes must be in by 8 p.m. on election night. No postage required for drop-off boxes. Ballots that are mailed must be postmarked no later than Nov. 8.
