Donations sought for Federal Way school supplies

The eight South King Fire and Rescue stations, along with Grace Church (1232 SW Dash Point Rd.) and Lifeway Church (5015 SW Dash Point Rd.), are collecting school supplies through Aug. 22 to benefit students in the 23 elementary schools in Federal Way.

The list of supplies can be found at www.gcfw.org. Citizens are invited to donate supplies and drop them off at the above locations. Every donation goes directly to help children.

SKFR, Grace Church, Lifeway Church, Faith Church and Joy Church are teaming up from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 27, to beautify the campuses of Twin Lakes and Lake Grove elementary schools as well as Illahee Middle School. To sign up, visit www.gcfw.org.
