The Federal Way United Storm ‘95 Green boys under-16 premier soccer team have had a pretty good couple weeks. The team won a pair of tournament titles during the last two weekends.

Storm ‘95 Green won the Beaverton Cup 2011 in Oregon on July 17 and took home the 2011 Sounders FC Starfire Cup on July 10.

At the Beaverton Cup, the team scored 18 goals and only gave up two during the tournament. The Storm ‘95 beat HSC Chivas from Hillsboro, Ore. in the semifinals, winning 2-1.

The team then faced Seattle United B95 Copa in the championship and won 6-0.

At the 2011 Sounders FC Starfire Cup, the Storm ‘95 Green tallied 14 goals and allowed only three. They beat the Thompson Okanogan Football Club of Canada in the championship match, 2-0.
