The four Federal Way school district high school football teams played a jamboree-style spring game on June 18 at Federal Way Memorial Stadium.

The scrimmage was played with the four schools running offensive and defensive plays against each other. The teams then went to the middle of the field for a sort of “King of the Hill” battle. Each team’s offense started with a third-down and goal from the 5-yard line and the winning offense or defense remained on the field.

“This has never been done before,” Federal Way head coach John Meagher said. “We are hoping this is something we can continue with. Hopefully this will feel like fall a little bit.”
