Federal Way speedskaters heading to 2018 Olympis

J.R. Celski and Aaron Tran will compete in Pyeongchang, South Korea in February

Federal Way native and Olypic speedskating veteran J.R. Celski, front, earned a trip to the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, which will take place Feb. 9 to Feb. 25, in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Celski will compete in the 1,500-meter men’s short track event. This will be Celski’s third trip to the Olympics. He will be joined by Federal Way’s Aaron Tran, who will be competing in his first in the 500-meter men’s short track. Both placed second in those events at the Olympic time trials in Utah recently.
