Federal Way lost 9-4 to Enumclaw in girls softball Wednesday

The Federal Way Eagles girls softball team lost 9-4 on Wednesday to the Enumclaw Hornets in a 4A North Puget Sound League Olympic Division showdown at Steel Lake.

Pitcher Rebecca Rennick struck out five for the Eagles.

Cassandra Wright and Hannah Togia each had two RBIs for Federal Way.

The loss brings the Eagles to 5-3 in conference play and 9-3 overall. Federal Way takes on Todd Beamer at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, on the road.
