Brian was born January 15, 1952 in Tacoma, Washington to Patricia and William Owen, and passed away suddenly on February 28, 2013 at his lake home in Federal Way.

He attended Kindergarten through high school in Federal Way.

He was an owner/operator of a Snap-On Tools franchise in the Fife and Tacoma areas for many years. He loved photography, flying (got his pilot license in his 20s), cars, and was part of the Commemorative Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his father William in 1992 and his wife Pat in 2004.

He is survived by his mother Patricia, and Brothers Kurt and Darren and sister Janiene.
