West Valley Community Church in Auburn recently welcomed new pastor Steve Suiter.

West Valley Community Church in Auburn recently welcomed new pastor Steve Suiter.

During the installation ceremony, Rick Erickson (president at Fuller Theological Seminary Seattle extension) gave a message, “Called to Rule the World.”

Church members said Suiter has a heart for helping and serving people in the  church, community and beyond.

The church community welcomes the public to join them at 11 a.m. on Sunday for an upbeat service and thought-provoking message at the church, which also underwent a recent major makeover.

West Valley Community Church also has a variety of activities for all ages. Youth pastor Brandon Tonseth, who is an assistant football coach at Thomas Jefferson High School in the Federal Way school district, leads the church’s youth program.
