From the sideline: “Leanne threw a complete game win on Tuesday vs. Todd Beamer. She had the start and the save, with only one walk, and offensively she is currently one of the team leaders in RBIs and has one of the highest on-base percentages. She is our go-to pitcher, and fills in at shortstop when not in the circle. In addition to helping her team on game day, Leanne is also a team captain, our only senior, and is looked up to by her team. She is a supportive teammate and she keeps herself cool and collected through adversity.”
