Federal Way Mirror Female Athlete of the Week for May 27: Alisuandra Hardwell

TBHS senior is a key player on the basketball team and received a full-ride scholarship to play in college.

Todd Beamer High School senior Alisuandra Hardwell, basketball, was selected as the Federal Way Mirror Female Athlete of the Week for May 27.

Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?

A: English Language Arts and marketing.

Q: What additional activities/hobbies do you enjoy?

A: My hobbies are painting and producing music.

Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?

A: All of my coaches have played a major role in my development academically and on the court. I wouldn’t be the student or player I am today if it wasn’t for them.

Q: What is the best advice you’ve been given when it comes to your sport?

A: To slow down, and to remember to eat.

Q: Describe your pre-game ritual:

A: Before games, I put on my motivational speeches and get hype and visualize what I need to do in the game.

Q: What’s your favorite post-game meal?

A: After the game, I like to eat spaghetti.

Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?

A: “Too Fast” by Sonder, “Humble” by Lil Baby, and “Ribbon in the Sky” by Rod Wave.

From the sidelines: TBHS senior Alisuandra Hardwell has been a staple for the Todd Beamer basketball program for four years. She continues to inspire the young athletes to give 100% on and off the court. She has worked very hard at her craft and will continue to play the sport she loves with a full-ride to Cochise College in Arizona.
