Athletes of the Week: Your local high school cheer teams

Athlete of the Week highlights two athletes from a Federal Way high school each week.

To kick off this year’s Athlete of the Week series, the cheer teams from Decatur, Federal Way, Thomas Jefferson and Todd Beamer are in the spotlight.

Voting for the Athlete of the Year is held in May with a final celebratory event held the first week of June 2022.

Decatur High School 2021 cheer team:
