Bravo to the Federal Way Symphony

We went to the Federal Way Symphony season finale on April 7. Bravo! Maestro A. Brian Davenport, soloist Marjorie Kransberg-Talvi, the orchestra members, and the outstanding venue combined to make a memorable evening.

Being new to the area, this was our Federal Way Symphony concert. We shall definitely return! Federal Way citizens should be proud of their symphony and their Performing Arts and Event Center. It is a wonderful showplace for the symphony.

It is a shame that more people did not attend this season finale, but as the word spreads, we’re sure more will come. Our only criticism has to do with the sound system used by the Maestro to summarize the pieces to be presented. It was very garbled and echoed to a degree that we could not understand him. His remarks, we’re sure, added to the evening, and it is important that the sound quality be improved.

Once again: Bravo to the Federal Way Symphony and bravo to the Performing Arts and Event Center. We’ll be back!
