Ronald W. Roos went home to our Lord on Aug. 24, 2012. He was born on Jan. 31, 1930, to John and Frances Roos of Seattle. He attended Hamilton Middle School, Lincoln High School, and University of Washington, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science.

Ron resided in Federal Way for 38 years. Ron is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two daughters Betty Jean (Tom) O’Neal and Debra (Bryan) Hanson; four grandchildren Jarred Lee, Kristina, Amber and Benjamin Hanson; sister Elaine Underhill; brother Jack Roos; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Ron’s life will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at Northwest Family Church, 3535 Auburn Way S., Auburn, WA.
