Virtual auction, fundraiser for Federal Way’s Multi-Service Center kicks off June 1

The Crab Feed Auction and Fundraiser event is Saturday, June 5.

A week-long celebration supporting Federal Way’s Multi-Service Center kicks off Tuesday, June 1.

The annual MSC Crab Feed Auction and Fundraiser is virtual this year, allowing supporters to watch and bid from home.

Auction bidding opens at noon Tuesday, June 1 and closes Saturday, June 5.

A live-streamed event, hosted by auctioneer Mike Jungers and emcee Ted Colby, showcases some live auction items, stories of individual that MSC serves, and opportunities to donate.

The event is from 6-7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 5. Pre-order crab dinners have sold out.

This week-long fundraiser will raise critical funds to support the work of MSC in the community, including how the nonprofit addresses causes and barriers of poverty and homelessness through services that help people find stability and success.

Raffle tickets are also available for $10 and the winner received two tickets to any location Alaska Airlines travels to. The Golden Ticket raffle, where only 100 tickets will be sold for $100 each, offer a chance to win two first-class tickets anywhere Alaska Airlines flies.
