The Federal Way Police Department is looking for feedback from the local community about their experiences with officers.

Through an online survey, the department is seeking input from residents, business owners, employees who work within Federal Way city limits or anyone who has come in contact with the Federal Way agency or its officers.

Questions in the survey ask for your perception of the officers’ competency when responding to emergency calls, level of satisfaction with department correspondence, and suggestions on how the Federal Way Police Department could improve your quality of life in the city.

Responses gathered aim to help improve the quality of Federal Way Police Department and examine the department’s level of success within the community they serve, according to the department.
