Man robbed at gunpoint while selling Xbox | Federal Way Police Blotter

The following is a sample from the Federal Way police log July 13-18.

July 13

Robbery: At about 8:17 a.m. near the 2600 block of South 312th Street, a woman was robbed by a known suspect. The person jumped her then reached into her purse and took her wallet. The suspect fled in a car after the incident.

Gunshot on I-5: At about 1 p.m. near the 34800 block of 21st Avenue SW, a person was texting their friend stating they were getting assaulted in a car on I-5. The person said the suspect fired a gun into the air, then pointed the gun at them. The suspect pulled over and fled on foot.

July 15

Arrest made: At about 11:02 a.m. near the 35900 block of Pacific Highway South, a person was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm.

July 16

Man saved: At about 12:24 a.m. near the 180 block of South 320th Street, a woman found a man unconscious in the Applebee’s parking lot. She began CPR until first responders arrived. The man was revived and transported to the hospital by South King Fire and Rescue.

Theft: At about 3:34 p.m. near the 34800 block of Pacific Highway South, a person called to report an internal theft at two separate Subway stores.

July 17

Possible shooting: At about 2 a.m. near the 2000 block of South 320th Street, officers responded to reports of a shooting at the location but did not find any evidence or victims.

Arrested for assault: At about 6:14 a.m. near the 32400 block of 42nd Place South, a woman called 911 and hung up. She called back and said her boyfriend assaulted her and pointed a pistol at her. Police developed probable cause for first-degree domestic violence assault and the boyfriend was taken into custody.

Home shot: At about 4:30 a.m. near the 1900 block of SW Campus Drive, a resident called to report that her house had been shot at. Multiple shell casings were found on the scene and the unit was damaged.

Seller robbed: At about 6 p.m. near the 900 block of SW Campus Drive, a person listed an Xbox for sale online. The person met up with a potential buyer at an apartment complex. A boy then pointed a firearm at the person’s face and robbed the person of the Xbox. The boy was with five other juveniles accomplishes and they fled in a silver sedan.

July 18

Mall mayhem: At about 5 p.m. near the 1900 block of South Commons, a boy was arrested after he kicked a mall security officer and damaged a gumball machine in the mall. The boy was with a group of other boys and girls. Police informed the boy’s grandmother of the incident and he was released at the transit center.
